We had an amazing time at this hotel with our group of friends. the lush greenery hanging from each floor created a beautiful atmosphere. the staff were incredibly polite and courteous, which we greatly appreciated.
We felt incredibly cared for during our stay and nothing was too much trouble.

Tasty breakfasts, very kind staff.
Possibly the best and really comfortable stay for 1 night business trip. Amazing pool, parking on site. Shuttle service from-and-to the airport is a nice benefit.

Amazing food, caring staff with great buggy services to the golf club and shuttle services to the malls. Early check-in, parking on-site. Splendid views, nice pool, the shuttle to the airport.

The convenient shuttle bus service to town area.

Their bed, bathroom, cleaniness and hotel design.
Have to queue for quite sometime when checking in and out. Should have refund the RM5 of parking fee for those who are trying to park before they can check in.

The functioning swimming pool and garden made for a pleasant stay. The spacious hotel compound offered a cool forest trail and a relaxing bar with live music beside the pool. It would have been better if there was a nice view from the room, but overall, it was still a good experience.

Having stayed there before and giving excellent review, I decided to stay again due to location, the hotel now has new premium rooms on the club floor, I upgraded to one of these rooms and was not dissapointed, the room offered everything for the business traveller. Beautiful hotel would recomend to anyone.

Location near to where family and friends live.
No nearby shops or restaurants where you can hang out besides the hotel.

The hotel is located in a very pleasant area close to Queensbay Mall, Georgetown, the airport, and Setia Spice convention center. Rooms are brand-new and beautifully maintained with great views, bathroom amenities, and good interiors. The staff is very efficient.
